ATLANTA, GA – January 2, 2025 – Councill, Gunnemann & Chally is excited to announce that Kadie D’Ambrosio and Jennifer Virostko have become partners of the firm effective January 1, 2025. 

Kadie and Jennifer are both exceptional lawyers, and they deserve the recognition that their new title acknowledges. The firm looks forward to their continued success. Their promotion represents both the continued growth of the firm and its commitment to the development of all its lawyers and team members. 

Kadie D’Ambrosio

Kadie is a litigator representing businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation and appeals in federal and state courts. Kadie’s experience includes federal class actions, financial company litigation, governmental and internal investigations, appeals, and commercial disputes.

 Before joining the firm, Kadie practiced with a boutique Atlanta litigation firm and a full service, international law firm. She also clerked for Judge Beverly B. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Justice Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court. Kadie was a Yale Public Interest Fellow at the Georgia Advocacy Office, where she represented people with disabilities in federal court. Kadie received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Jennifer Virostko

Jennifer represents clients in complex commercial litigation and class action disputes. Her practice focuses on representing clients in class and individual actions with experience ranging from federal securities actions to contract disputes to business torts.  

Jennifer has experience representing clients in the financial services, technology, healthcare, retail and manufacturing sectors, among others. Prior to joining Councill, Gunnemann & Chally, Jennifer litigated at an AmLaw 25 firm, a boutique Atlanta litigation firm, and clerked for the Honorable Judge Orinda D. Evans of the Northern District of Georgia. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law.
