Kadie D’Ambrosio is a litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation and appeals in federal and state courts. Kadie’s experience includes federal class actions, financial company litigation, governmental and internal investigations, appeals, and commercial disputes.
Before joining the firm, Kadie practiced with a full service, international law firm and clerked for Judge Beverly B. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Justice Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court. Kadie was a Yale Public Interest Fellow at the Georgia Advocacy Office, where she represented people with disabilities in federal court. Brian Devine is Director of Legal Operations for CGC, with extensive e-discovery and litigation support experience. Brian’s case involvement spans all aspects of litigation support, with a specialty in the entire EDRM model, from data identification and collection through review, production, and presentation.
Brian has supported multiple trials in federal and state courts as well as arbitrations and disciplinary actions. Brian is routinely involved in clients’ high-stake matters. His recent experience includes designing a presentation supporting a successful motion to deny class certification for a government client with over $10 million in potential exposure. Brian also managed the preparation, filing, and prosecution of claims for over thirty clients in the Deepwater Horizon Settlement Program, which resulted in a total recovery of over $200 million.

A former lawyer for an AmLaw 50 firm, Ben has experience litigating contract, business tort, and class action disputes in federal and state courts across the country. As a business litigator, Ben has achieved significant recoveries for plaintiffs and obtained complete victories for defendants, both at trial and through motion practice.
Prior to joining Councill, Gunnemann & Chally, Ben clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston and worked as a litigator at large international law firms in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta. Ben received a B.A. from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
