Adding Talent: CGC Announces Kadie D’Ambrosio’s Joining the Firm

We are excited to announce the addition of Kadie D’Ambrosio to the firm. Kadie is a litigator with extensive experience in both trial and appellate courts. She represents businesses and individuals in federal class actions, financial company litigation, governmental and internal investigations, appeals and commercial disputes. Kadie is recognized as a “Rising Star” for 2022 by Super Lawyers magazine.

Before joining the firm, Kadie practiced with a full service, international law firm and clerked for Judge Beverly B. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Justice Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court. Kadie was a Yale Public Interest Fellow at the Georgia Advocacy Office, where she represented people with disabilities in federal court. Kadie received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Kadie previously worked with firm partners, Steve Councill and Josh Gunnemann before CGC was formed. Said Josh of Kadie’s decision to join CGC, “Kadie is one of the most talented and dedicated lawyers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’m thrilled that she is bringing her talents to our practice.”

Kadie’s addition helps position the firm for 2023. Firm partner Jon Chally explained, “We are grateful to the many clients who continue to ask us to handle their most significant disputes. Kadie’s decision to join the firm will further help us serve these clients with the highest quality legal work. We are particularly excited to round out our appellate practice with Kadie’s experience clerking on both the Alaska Supreme Court the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and in handling complex appellate matters in her prior practice.”

The firm has now tripled in size since its founding less than three years ago. That growth has been fueled by the trust and investment placed in us by our clients, colleagues, and friends. We thank all of you for your support, and we look forward to a successful and prosperous 2023.
