New Year, New Partner, New Name

On the firm’s one year anniversary, we are proud to announce the addition of Jon Chally as a partner. Jon, a recognized class-action specialist and commercial litigator, joins us after more than sixteen years at an AmLaw50 law firm, where he was a leader of that firm’s business disputes and securities litigation practice.

With Jon’s joining, Councill & Gunnemann is changing its name to Councill, Gunnemann & Chally, LLC. Jon’s addition further solidifies the firm’s commitment to top quality representation in high-stakes litigation and disputes. Councill, Gunnemann & Chally will continue representing clients in the cases that matter most—bringing big firm experience with the focus, flexibility, and clarity of a boutique litigation practice.
