An experienced and distinguished litigator from an AmLaw 50 firm, Ben brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in complex commercial and class action litigation.
Ben handles high-stakes litigation matters. His extensive experience includes representing major financial services companies, private equity funds, and Fortune 500 corporations in various commercial disputes. Ben’s recent successes include trial-related and summary judgment victories in high-value ERISA class actions and a variety of favorable outcomes in other forms of commercial litigation and arbitration. Outside commercial and class action litigation, Ben was also part of a team that secured the exoneration of a man wrongfully convicted of a high-profile double homicide.
Ben graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Following law school, Ben clerked for the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, providing him with invaluable insights into appellate litigation and judicial decision-making.
