CGC Grows: Welcome Jennifer Virostko

We are pleased to announce that Jennifer Virostko is joining the firm. Jennifer is an experienced and accomplished litigator who joins CGC from an AmLaw 25 firm’s business litigation practice group. She represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes complex civil litigation--including class actions, commercial disputes, data privacy violations, securities litigation, and consumer fraud actions--in state and federal courts throughout the country. Jennifer is recognized as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America for 2021 and 2022.

After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, Order of the Coif, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable Judge Orinda D. Evans of the Northern District of Georgia.  Jennifer is active in her community.  A former Teach for America teacher, she continues to apply her education background in founding and serving on the board of a tuition-free public elementary charter school in southwest Atlanta.
