Hailey is a member of CGC’s commercial litigation practice. She has more than a decade of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts and arbitration.
Hailey has significant trial experience, including several large-scale arbitrations in the construction and energy sectors. She also has experience representing owners and developers in drafting and negotiating construction and design agreements.
Before joining CGC, Hailey was Counsel at Troutman Pepper’s Construction Litigation practice. She graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2013, where she served on the Environmental Law Journal and as a mentor through Virginia Law Women.
