Brian Devine is Director of Legal Operations for CGC, with extensive e-discovery and litigation support experience. Brian’s case involvement spans all aspects of litigation support, with a specialty in the entire EDRM model, from data identification and collection through review, production, and presentation.
Brian has supported multiple trials in federal and state courts as well as arbitrations and disciplinary actions. Brian is routinely involved in clients’ high-stake matters. His recent experience includes designing a presentation supporting a successful motion to deny class certification for a government client with over $10 million in potential exposure. Brian also managed the preparation, filing, and prosecution of claims for over thirty clients in the Deepwater Horizon Settlement Program, which resulted in a total recovery of over $200 million.
